Full Cancellation
Ends the CRM subscription and all managed services after the final paid period. Data is later deleted if no transfer occurs.
Customers Plus Account and Service Cancellation
These terms explain how to fully cancel, place an account on hold, transfer a compatible sub-account, preserve customer-owned data, and prepare for the end of Customers Plus services. They also explain final billing, data retention, phone-number transfers, and what happens when a monthly payment fails without a formal cancellation request.
These Cancellation Terms supplement the Customers Plus Terms of Service. A downgrade, temporary hold, transfer, failed payment, and full cancellation are different processes and should not be treated as interchangeable.
Important cancellation summary
Submit the official form at least 48 hours before the next scheduled subscription payment. Approved cancellations remain active through the current paid period, no prorated refund is issued, and usage charges may continue through the final access date. Request a sub-account transfer before or together with cancellation. If no transfer or timely export occurs, retained account data may be permanently deleted after the applicable retention period.
Choose the Right Request
Start with the outcome you need. Choosing the correct process helps protect your account, data, website, phone numbers, and active services.

Detailed Cancellation Terms
Use the navigation below to move directly to the process or consequence you need to review.
1. Formal Cancellation
A full cancellation must be submitted through the official Customers Plus cancellation form. An email, text message, verbal request, support conversation, stopped payment, or expired card does not automatically replace the form unless Customers Plus expressly confirms the cancellation in writing.
Use the official cancellation request linked on this page.
Provide accurate business, account, contact, and billing information.
Select full cancellation, account hold, transfer, de-integration, or another available option.
Include any sub-account, website, landing-page, or phone-number transfer request.
Submit at least 48 hours before the next scheduled subscription payment.
Monitor email, SMS, and account messages for review questions and written confirmation.
2. Notice Requirement
The official form should be submitted no later than 48 hours before the next scheduled subscription charge. Requests submitted inside that window may not be reviewed and applied before renewal. The customer remains responsible for charges that process before the cancellation is approved and becomes effective.
If renewal is scheduled for Friday: submit no later than approximately the same time on Wednesday. Earlier submission is encouraged, especially when a transfer or de-integration is requested.
Do not wait until the final day
A last-minute request is not guaranteed to stop a charge that is already processing or scheduled within the review window.
3. Effective Date and Final Access
After Customers Plus reviews and approves a timely cancellation, the subscription remains active through the end of the current paid billing period. Normal account access is not intended to end immediately unless Customers Plus separately agrees to an earlier date.
Usage may post after it occurs
Customers remain responsible for usage incurred through the final day of access, including provider-recorded charges that appear after access ends because of normal reporting delays.
4. Refunds and Proration
To the extent permitted by law, monthly subscription payments are nonrefundable and Customers Plus does not issue prorated refunds for unused days after cancellation. Setup charges, one-time purchases, website purchases, separately purchased landing pages, and wallet top-ups are also nonrefundable unless Customers Plus agrees otherwise in writing or applicable law requires a different result.
A valid cancellation prevents future recurring subscription charges after the cancellation becomes effective. It does not erase charges already processed, prior balances, or usage amounts incurred before the final service date.
5. Final Usage Billing
Phone numbers, calls, SMS, MMS, carrier fees, AI features, premium workflow actions, and other enabled usage services may continue creating charges until they are disabled or the final access date is reached. Some provider usage may be posted after the date it occurred.
6. Temporary Alternative
Customers who need a temporary pause may request a one-time account hold instead of a full cancellation. The account and eligible data are preserved during the approved hold, but the customer has no normal account access and active managed services are paused.
$27 per month
A hold is not a cancellation
The $27 monthly hold charge continues, the account remains preserved rather than deleted, and the customer cannot repeatedly move in and out of hold status.
| Hold Feature | Terms |
|---|---|
| Monthly price | $27 per month |
| Account access | None during the approved hold |
| Managed services | Paused |
| Maximum duration | Up to one year |
| Availability | One time only |
| Data | Retained during the approved hold period |
| Reactivation | Final process review |
7. Preserve the Account
Best practice: request the transfer first
If you want to preserve the compatible HighLevel sub-account, include the transfer request in the original cancellation form or arrange it before submitting the full cancellation.
The cancellation form is used to identify the intended receiving account and initiate coordination. Waiting until access is about to end increases the risk of delay, missing information, service interruption, or loss of an opportunity to complete the transfer.
8. Compatible HighLevel Transfer
Customers may request transfer of an eligible Customers Plus sub-account to their own compatible HighLevel agency account, another compatible provider, or another arrangement approved by Customers Plus. Customers Plus does not charge a transfer fee.
A transfer does not include Customers Plus proprietary software, full snapshots, automations, MTRX integrations, internal systems, or other protected components. Phone numbers and A2P registration require separate handling.
Transfer timing depends in part on HighLevel and the receiving account. Customers Plus cannot guarantee a specific third-party processing time.
9. Customer-Owned Data and Assets
Customers retain ownership of their eligible business data and customer-owned assets. Continued access, however, requires a completed transfer or a timely export before access ends. Full cancellation by itself does not preserve ongoing access to the Customers Plus account.
Transfer or export is required
These ownership rights do not create indefinite access to a closed Customers Plus account. Complete the transfer or download the data before the final access date whenever possible.
10. Proprietary Systems
These systems are licensed for use during the active subscription. Access does not transfer ownership. Removal protects Customers Plus intellectual property, prevents continued usage costs, and separates managed-service infrastructure from the receiving account.
A transferred account may function differently
The receiving account may require replacement automations, tracking, reporting, forms, workflows, integrations, or other configuration after Customers Plus proprietary systems are removed.
11. Google Ads Management Ends
The Google Ads account is designed to remain customer-owned. The customer keeps the campaign structure and history inside that account, while Customers Plus may remove or disconnect the service infrastructure it created or manages around the account.
| Customer Retains | Customers Plus May Remove or Disconnect | Conditional Retention |
|---|---|---|
| Google Ads account | Managed conversion actions | Landing pages may be purchased for $197 each |
| Campaigns, ad groups, keywords, and ads | Google Tag Manager setup | Call-tracking numbers require a separate phone-provider transfer |
| Historical Google Ads data | Google Analytics setup | A2P approval does not transfer |
| Customer-owned domain and business assets | Included landing pages, reporting connections, call tracking, automations, and proprietary tracking | External reporting dashboards may stop after Customers Plus access is removed |
The customer becomes responsible for managing, pausing, or assigning the Google Ads account after Customers Plus management ends.
12. Websites and Landing Pages
Complete Website
$1,597 one time
Included Service Asset
Included during management
Optional Purchase
$197 per page
The customer remains responsible for domain registration and renewal. A separately purchased website may be transferred with the compatible sub-account, but Customers Plus proprietary automations, snapshots, workflows, and integrations are not part of that ownership.
13. Optional Transition Service
$100
Customers Plus can remove Customers Plus-specific website integrations and switch the website back to prior forms and phone numbers when those replacements still exist, are available, and are technically compatible.
The service is optional and may be completed by the customer instead. Customers select or decline the service on the cancellation form. Customers Plus cannot restore systems that no longer exist, guarantee compatibility with outside providers, or accept responsibility for replacement systems controlled by another provider. Custom work beyond basic de-integration may require separate pricing.
14. Communications Transfer
A CRM sub-account transfer does not automatically transfer phone numbers. Each eligible number must be transferred or ported to another compatible phone-provider account, and the receiving phone account must then be connected to the transferred CRM account.
Customers Plus does not charge a transfer-assistance fee, although the receiving provider may impose its own charges, eligibility rules, or documentation requirements.
15. Messaging Registration
Existing A2P brand and campaign approvals are tied to the current provider and account structure. They do not automatically transfer with the CRM sub-account, phone number, domain, or customer data. The receiving provider may require a new registration before business texting can resume normally.
Plan for a possible SMS interruption
Messaging may be restricted while the new provider completes registration. Customers Plus covers listed A2P costs only while the customer is actively using Customers Plus under the applicable terms; a new provider may charge separate registration or campaign fees.
16. Formal Cancellation Retention
Normal access continues after an approved cancellation.
Normal account access and active service use end.
Account data remains retained but is not intended for ongoing use.
The account and associated data may be permanently deleted and may not be recoverable.
Transfers and exports should be completed before access ends rather than delayed until the retention period. Customers Plus does not guarantee recovery after deletion.
17. Full Cancellation Without Transfer
The account will not be preserved indefinitely
Export needed data before access ends. After the retention period, the Customers Plus sub-account and associated data may be permanently deleted.
18. Limited Fallback Window
A transfer should be requested before or with cancellation. If it was omitted from the original request, Customers Plus may allow a fallback transfer request for up to 10 days after the cancellation form is submitted, but only while access and the account remain available.
This grace period does not extend the paid service period, create continued account access, or guarantee a transfer after technical disconnection or deletion begins. Requests submitted after the window may not be accepted.
19. Failed Monthly Subscription Payment
Use the form to cancel properly
Do not rely on a failed payment, expired card, charge block, or silence as a cancellation request.
When a recurring monthly payment fails, Customers Plus may retry the charge up to two times and will attempt to contact the customer by email, SMS, and a phone call as a final escalation. The customer will be asked to update the payment method. Outstanding charges remain due even if the account is later suspended or deleted.
20. Nonpayment Timeline
Up to two automatic retries may occur. Customers Plus begins notifications and requests an updated payment method.
Customers Plus continues outreach. Phone or SMS may be restricted. Websites and landing pages remain live temporarily.
CRM access and managed services stop; phone, SMS, automations, forms, leads, and internal account data become unavailable.
Websites and landing pages may be disconnected and domain connections may be removed.
The account and data may be permanently deleted. Recovery is not guaranteed and balances remain due.
No reactivation fee applies. Customers Plus intends to restore applicable services within approximately 12 hours, subject to third-party delays.
The approximately 12-hour restoration target is an estimate, not a guaranteed service-level commitment. Domain, carrier, HighLevel, or other third-party processes may take longer.
21. Two Different Payment Failures
| Issue | Wallet Top-Up Failure | Monthly Subscription Failure |
|---|---|---|
| What failed | Usage-wallet recharge | Recurring CRM and service payment |
| Initial risk | Phone, SMS, and usage features | Entire account and managed services |
| Retries | Up to three | Up to two |
| Grace period | Two days before phone/SMS interruption | Ten-day initial grace period |
| Website status | Normally unaffected | May remain live until day 30 |
| Account access | Normally remains active | Suspended after the applicable grace period |
| Final deletion | Not caused by wallet failure alone | May occur at day 60 |
| Creates a cancellation | No | No |

23. Alternative to Full Cancellation
A customer may remove Google Ads, SEO Content, or another managed service without necessarily closing the full CRM account. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current paid billing period. The current service remains active through that period, no prorated refund applies, and service-specific assets may be removed when the lower plan begins.
24. Before You Submit
Official Request
Use the official form, submit at least 48 hours before renewal, include every transfer request, select de-integration if needed, and watch for written confirmation.
25. Frequently Asked Questions
Not automatically. Submit the official cancellation form. Another request method is valid only if Customers Plus expressly confirms it in writing.
Submit at least 48 hours before renewal. The current paid period remains active, and no prorated refund is issued to the extent permitted by law.
Yes, after an approved cancellation, access normally continues through the end of the current paid period unless Customers Plus agrees to another date.
They may. Phone, SMS, phone-number, AI, carrier, and workflow usage can continue through the final access date and may post later.
A one-time hold is available for up to one year at $27 per month, with no normal account access and managed services paused. Certain operational details remain subject to final policy confirmation.
Eligible compatible HighLevel sub-accounts may be transferred by request. Customers Plus does not charge a transfer fee, but proprietary Customers Plus systems are removed first.
A separately purchased $1,597 website may transfer with a compatible sub-account. Included Google Ads landing pages may be removed unless separately purchased for $197 each.
The customer-owned Google Ads account, campaigns, ad groups, keywords, ads, and account history remain. Managed tracking, landing pages, call tracking, reporting connections, and proprietary systems may be removed.
An eligible number may be transferred separately to another provider. A2P approval does not transfer and may need to be completed again.
It is an optional service to remove Customers Plus-specific website connections and reconnect prior forms or phone numbers when those replacements are available and compatible.
Account data is retained for 30 days after the final access date and may then be permanently deleted. Complete transfers and exports before access ends.
A failed payment is not a cancellation. Services may be suspended after the grace period, websites may be disconnected at day 30, and the account may be deleted at day 60.
If successful payment is completed before deletion, no reactivation fee applies and Customers Plus intends to restore applicable services within approximately 12 hours, subject to third-party delays.
Yes, where an eligible lower plan is available. Use the upgrade/downgrade form if you want to remove a service but keep an active Customers Plus account.
Wallet top-ups are nonrefundable and balances roll over while the account is active. The final treatment of any unused balance after account closure is pending policy confirmation on the Phone and Usage Terms page.
Do not rely on post-access export availability. Any assistance during retention is limited and subject to account availability and final support policy. Export before access ends.
