Customers Plus Legal & Service Information
These terms explain the rules that apply when you use the Customers Plus CRM, communications tools, websites, forms, automations, advertising services, SEO services, AI features, and related integrations. We have organized them to be practical, readable, and easy to reference.
By creating or maintaining an account, purchasing or continuing a subscription, approving work, authorizing payment, or using Customers Plus after updated terms take effect, you agree to these Terms and the applicable detailed terms linked below.
How these terms work together
This page contains the general terms that apply across Customers Plus. The Service, Phone & Usage Cost, Cancellation, and Upgrade/Downgrade pages provide additional rules for those specific subjects and are incorporated into this agreement by reference. If a specific term directly conflicts with a general term on this page, the more specific term controls for that service or subject.

Master Agreement
These provisions apply to the platform and services generally. More detailed operational terms are available through the directory above.
1. Overview
Customers Plus is operated by Customers Plus Inc., located at 815 N Homestead Blvd, PMB 440, Homestead, FL 33030, United States. Customers Plus provides a white-label CRM platform and related communications, website, advertising, SEO, automation, reporting, AI, and support services.
These Terms form an agreement between Customers Plus Inc. and the individual or organization that creates, purchases, accesses, or uses an account or service. When you act for a business or another organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
Your selected plan, accepted proposal, order form, invoice, and the detailed terms pages linked above may add service-specific requirements. If a service-specific provision directly conflicts with this page, the more specific provision controls for that service or subject.
2. Accounts
You must have the legal capacity and authority required to enter this agreement. You agree to provide accurate account, business, contact, and billing information and to keep it current.
Plans may include unlimited users or contacts, but access should still be granted only to people who are authorized to use the account for your business.
3. Plans & Payments
Customers Plus currently offers recurring plans that combine the CRM platform with Google Ads management, SEO content, or both. Your included services depend on the plan you select and any later plan change approved by Customers Plus.
Core Customers Plus CRM features with Google Ads setup, management, tracking, landing pages, and reporting.
Core Customers Plus CRM features with recurring SEO pages, local content, blog articles, and publishing.
The combined paid-advertising and recurring SEO content service with both premium systems.
By enrolling in a recurring plan, you authorize Customers Plus to charge the payment method on file at the applicable billing interval until the plan is changed or cancelled under the applicable terms. Pricing, features, bonuses, and promotional inclusions may change, but changes do not alter charges already incurred.
Subscription payments and one-time purchases are nonrefundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing. Customers Plus does not provide prorated refunds for unused time. Approved upgrades and downgrades follow the effective-date rules on the Plan-Change Terms page.
Phone numbers, calls, text-message segments, carrier fees, wallet top-ups, AI features, premium workflow actions, and other optional usage may be billed separately from your recurring plan. Usage charges may continue through your final access date, and outstanding usage balances remain payable after suspension or cancellation.

Use Customers Plus only for lawful business purposes and in a way that protects your customers, other users, communications providers, and the platform. You are responsible for the content, contacts, campaigns, and instructions submitted through your account.
You may not use Customers Plus to:
You are responsible for obtaining legally valid consent, maintaining opt-in records, honoring opt-out requests, using accurate sender identification, and following applicable email, calling, SMS, advertising, privacy, carrier, A2P, and platform requirements.
Do not use purchased, scraped, unlawfully obtained, or improperly shared contact lists. Approval by a carrier or provider does not replace your responsibility to obtain consent and use the approved messaging purpose.
Customers Plus may restrict content or activity involving illegal goods or services, scams, threats, harassment, exploitation, unlawful financial or medical claims, restricted substances, or other material prohibited by law, communications carriers, advertising platforms, payment providers, or integrated technology providers.
5. Your Role
Strong platform and marketing results depend on accurate information, timely cooperation, and responsible account use. You agree to:
Managed-service changes
You retain access to customer-owned accounts and assets, but uncoordinated changes to managed campaigns, tracking, websites, forms, or automations can affect attribution, performance, and reliability. Please consult Customers Plus before making material changes.
6. Notices
Customers Plus may contact you by email, SMS, phone, in-app notification, or other account channel for transactions, billing, support, security, compliance, service updates, reporting, renewals, cancellation, and failed-payment matters.
Keep your contact information current. Opting out of promotional messages does not prevent Customers Plus from sending essential transactional or account-related communications. Standard message and data rates from your personal carrier may apply.
7. Integrations
Customers Plus uses or connects with third-party platforms such as HighLevel, Twilio, Google, Meta, payment processors, domain providers, hosting services, communications carriers, and AI providers. Some features require you to maintain an outside account, accept a provider’s separate terms, or grant access.
Customers Plus remains responsible for performing its own contracted work, but does not control third-party outages, API changes, carrier filtering, search algorithms, advertising reviews, account suspensions, policy changes, domain expiration, external-account restrictions, verification delays, or other matters controlled by those providers.
Customers Plus may replace or modify integrations when needed for security, compliance, compatibility, availability, or provider changes. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes and assist with issues within our control.
8. Ownership
You retain ownership of your business and customer data, domains, customer-supplied media, customer-created assets, assets you owned before joining Customers Plus, and websites or landing pages purchased separately from Customers Plus.
Customers Plus retains ownership of proprietary automations, snapshots, workflows, templates, configurations, systems, processes, training materials, MTRX integrations, internal tools, and other intellectual property not separately sold to you.
Access to Customers Plus proprietary systems during an active subscription is a limited right to use those systems. It does not transfer ownership. Service-specific ownership, transfer, and removal rules are explained in the Service and Cancellation Terms.
9. Data
You retain ownership of your business and customer data. Customers Plus may process that data to provide, maintain, support, secure, bill for, and improve the services, including through appropriate third-party processors and integrations.
You are responsible for having the rights, permissions, and lawful basis needed to collect, upload, process, and communicate with the people represented in your data. Do not submit unlawfully collected information.
Customers Plus may retain information as reasonably necessary for service operation, billing, fraud prevention, security, compliance, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Cancellation, transfer, retention, and deletion are governed by the Cancellation Terms.
Privacy Policy
Additional privacy and data-processing details will be governed by the Customers Plus Privacy Policy and any service-specific data terms made available to you.
Customers Plus may use aggregated statistics, anonymous benchmarks, redacted screenshots, anonymous charts, performance summaries, and trend data for internal analysis, product improvement, training, articles, social posts, case studies, marketing, and educational material.
We will remove or obscure information reasonably capable of identifying you, your business, or your customers unless you separately authorize identification.
10. Availability
Customers Plus works to provide reliable service, but uninterrupted or error-free access is not guaranteed. Planned maintenance, emergency maintenance, third-party outages, carrier interruptions, provider changes, and security work may affect availability.
Features may be added, updated, replaced, or discontinued when reasonably required for security, compliance, carrier rules, provider changes, technical compatibility, service improvement, or product development. We will communicate material changes affecting recurring services when reasonably practical.
Support requests
Support requests may be submitted at any time through designated Customers Plus channels. This does not guarantee immediate live assistance or a fixed resolution time. Response and resolution times depend on urgency, complexity, third-party involvement, account access, and the information available.
When requesting support, provide reasonable cooperation, account access, screenshots, and other relevant details. Clearly identify urgent issues involving security, billing, domains, phone service, website availability, or account access.
11. Results
Results vary from business to business
Customers Plus does not guarantee revenue, profit, leads, sales, rankings, clicks, conversion rates, cost per lead, ad placement, search placement, appointments, financing approval, customer response, or business growth.
Results may depend on location, competition, advertising budget, services offered, pricing, reputation, seasonality, market demand, search volume, lead-response speed, sales ability, customer communication, website quality, customer cooperation, and changes made by advertising, search, communications, or technology providers.
Goals, projections, benchmarks, historical averages, reporting, examples, and recommendations are informational and are not promises of individual performance.
Review service benchmarks and disclosures →12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform and services are provided on an “as available” basis. Customers Plus does not warrant that every feature will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure from every threat, or compatible with every third-party system.
Customers Plus does not control communications carriers, search engines, advertising platforms, payment processors, domain providers, AI providers, or other third parties. Their actions, availability, policies, pricing, and technical decisions may affect the services.
Recommendations, reports, AI output, projections, and educational material are not legal, financial, tax, medical, or other regulated professional advice. You remain responsible for your business decisions, claims, licensing, advertising, content, compliance, and use of generated material.
13. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Customers Plus and its officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunities, business interruption, loss of goodwill, or loss of data, arising from or related to the platform or services.
These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory asserted and even if a party was advised that such damages were possible. They do not apply where a limitation is prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.
14. Claims
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Customers Plus and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, and reasonable costs arising from:
This obligation does not require you to indemnify Customers Plus for claims caused solely by Customers Plus’s own unlawful conduct to the extent such exclusion is required by applicable law.
15. Enforcement
Customers Plus may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for nonpayment, fraud, unlawful activity, material breach, security threats, abuse, unauthorized access, carrier or provider violations, or conduct that threatens Customers Plus, another customer, a third-party provider, or the integrity of the platform.
When reasonably practical, Customers Plus will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. Immediate action may be taken when needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, carrier requirements, protection of users, or platform stability.
Cancellation, failed-payment, data-retention, transfer, and deletion timelines are explained in the Cancellation Terms.
Review Cancellation and Nonpayment Terms →16. Disputes
These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to Customers Plus are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Before filing a formal claim, the parties agree to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the dispute directly. A written dispute notice should describe the issue, relevant account, requested resolution, and supporting information.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, any court proceeding must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and each party consents to that venue and personal jurisdiction.
17. General Provisions
Neither party is responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, internet or power failures, cyberattacks, labor disruptions, government action, war, civil unrest, carrier outages, platform outages, search-engine or advertising-platform disruptions, and third-party infrastructure failures. This does not excuse payment obligations already incurred.
You may not assign this agreement without written approval from Customers Plus. Sub-account transfer rights are governed by the Cancellation Terms. Customers Plus may assign this agreement in connection with a reorganization, merger, acquisition, sale of assets, change in control, or transfer to an affiliated entity.
Electronic form submissions, checkboxes, account creation, digital approvals, authorized payments, electronic signatures, and continued use may evidence your agreement. Electronic notices and records may satisfy written-notice requirements where legally permitted.
These Terms, the detailed terms pages, plan details, accepted proposals, order forms, invoices, and incorporated policies form the agreement between you and Customers Plus. A specifically negotiated written provision controls over a conflicting standard provision for the same subject.
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of future enforcement. Headings are for convenience and do not change the meaning of these Terms.
Payment obligations, ownership protections, disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnification, dispute provisions, and other terms intended by their nature to continue will survive termination. Unless expressly stated, these Terms do not create enforcement rights for third parties.
18. Updates
Customers Plus may update these Terms to reflect changes in services, pricing, providers, law, security, compliance, or business operations. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised when changes are published.
Material changes may be communicated by email, SMS, in-app notice, account notification, billing notice, or a notice on the Customers Plus website. Continued use after revised terms take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you may discontinue the affected services through the applicable cancellation process.
