Customers Plus Service Information

Service Terms

These terms explain how Customers Plus delivers Google Ads management, SEO content, website building, reporting, and related optimization services. They supplement the Customers Plus Terms of Service and should be read together with the plan and billing terms that apply to your account.

Effective: January 1, 2024 Last updated: July 1, 2026

A specific accepted proposal, order form, invoice, or written agreement may add deliverables or requirements for your account. If it directly conflicts with a standard provision on this page, the more specific written provision controls for that subject.

Important service and results disclosure

These descriptions explain our current operating standards. Exact plan inclusions depend on the plan you selected. Advertising, SEO, website, lead, ranking, sales, and revenue results vary, and no specific result is guaranteed. Current public plan details are shown on the Plans & Pricing page.

How Customers Plus Services Work

Current plan details

Plan prices and inclusions may be updated. The public Plans & Pricing page is the current source for active pricing. The CRM platform cost is incorporated into the displayed recurring plan price rather than billed as a separate managed-service subscription line item.

4. Ad Spend

Advertising Budget

Google advertising spend is separate from the Customers Plus management subscription. The customer pays Google directly for ad delivery whenever practical. Customers Plus recommends a starting minimum of $500 per month for each service being advertised, but competition, geography, search volume, service value, and growth goals may require a higher budget.

Customers Plus may recommend budget changes based on available impressions, clicks, lead costs, conversion volume, and campaign learning. No budget level guarantees a particular result. A budget that is too limited may reduce visibility, data volume, conversion opportunities, and the speed at which meaningful optimization decisions can be made.

Management fees do not include Google ad spend

Paying Customers Plus for management does not include the amount charged by Google for clicks, impressions, or ad delivery. These are separate costs.

5. Historical Data

Google Ads Performance Benchmarks

Customers Plus uses agency-wide Google Ads performance data collected across more than 150 campaigns over approximately five years to establish starting assumptions for the primary service categories in the calculator below. Adjust the daily budget, average cost per lead, and close rate to estimate monthly lead volume, jobs, and ad spend. These projections are planning estimates based on historical performance, not guarantees.

How “lead” and “conversion” are used

On this page, “lead” and “conversion” may be used interchangeably. A lead can include a new form submission, qualified phone call, text-message inquiry, or another tracked action from a new potential customer. Not every lead becomes an appointment or sale.

Dataset details

  • More than 150 campaigns represented
  • Approximately five years of historical data
  • Performance summarized across 30-day periods
  • Service-specific historical averages provide the calculator’s starting assumptions

Benchmarks are historical averages, not promises

Averages are not minimum results. A customer may perform above or below them. Results vary by market, competition, budget, pricing, offers, reputation, seasonality, search demand, response speed, sales performance, and platform changes. Google may also change auctions, attribution, policies, or reporting. Customers Plus may update the calculator’s benchmark assumptions as more data becomes available.

6. Optimization

How Ongoing Google Ads Management Works

Optimization is based on available data, account conditions, Google policies, and professional judgment. Customers Plus is not required to make a fixed number of edits each week or month when the data does not support those changes. In some periods, preserving a stable, well-performing setup may be more appropriate than making changes solely to show activity.

7. Organic Search

SEO Content Services

The SEO Content plan includes six new SEO-focused pages each month. The monthly mix may include local service pages, location pages, and professionally written blog articles. Customers Plus handles research, writing, formatting, publishing, and reasonable internal linking to support organic visibility over time.

Customers Plus determines the recommended content mix based on the customer’s services, target locations, search opportunities, existing pages, and broader strategy. Six pages means six substantive pages or articles, not six minor edits to existing pages. Customers Plus may improve an existing page when strategically useful, but that work will not replace the six-page monthly deliverable unless agreed in writing.

Ongoing monthly delivery

The first six pages are targeted for completion and publication within the first 30 days of the SEO Content plan. Six additional pages are then produced and published throughout each month thereafter while the service remains active.

8. SEO Prerequisite

Website Requirement for SEO Content

A qualifying Customers Plus website is required before recurring SEO Content can begin. The Website Build Service is a separate one-time purchase currently priced at $1,597. It is not financed, leased, or automatically included in the recurring SEO subscription.

Domain registration and renewal are not included. Customers Plus does not charge a separate website-building fee after the initial build unless the customer requests additional work outside the original scope. Hosting, forms, users, pages, submissions, and storage are included while the site remains in a compatible active Customers Plus or transferred HighLevel account, subject to the receiving provider’s own fees and rules.

A website built by another provider does not automatically qualify for recurring Customers Plus SEO Content. A different arrangement must be approved by Customers Plus in writing before the recurring content service begins.

9. Website & SEO Schedule

Website and SEO Publishing Timeline

Website onboarding

About 1–2 days

Business details, branding, access, services, areas, and assets are collected.

Initial website build

About 2 weeks

Core pages, structure, forms, content, and technical setup are prepared.

Customer review

Up to about 2 weeks

Reasonable initial changes are collected and completed.

Website goes live

By the end of month 1

Normal timing assumes timely access, content, approvals, and domain cooperation.

First six SEO pages

Within 30 days

The initial content round is completed and published.

Ongoing content

Six pages each month

New pages are produced and published throughout each active service month.

Typical indexing

About 2–4 weeks

Some pages may index faster, slower, or not at all.

Ranking development

About 90 days

Meaningful trends may begin to emerge, but results vary by market and website.

Google controls crawling, indexing, and rankings

Customers Plus can create, publish, structure, and submit content, but cannot require Google or another search engine to crawl, index, rank, or display a page. Customer delays, domain issues, technical problems, missing information, and search-engine changes can also affect timing.

10. One-Time Website Service

Website Build Service

The Website Build Service is a separate one-time purchase currently priced at $1,597. It provides a complete website built in a compatible Customers Plus or HighLevel account. The service is not part of a recurring financing arrangement and is not automatically included in a monthly plan.

Included in the build

  • Responsive website design
  • Core website setup
  • Domain connection assistance
  • Website forms
  • Unlimited users
  • Unlimited pages
  • Unlimited submissions
  • Storage
  • Content based on supplied and generated business information
  • Initial requested revisions during the first 30 days

Domain responsibility

The customer purchases, owns, and renews the domain. Customers Plus may be given access to connect or manage DNS records, but is not responsible for expiration, suspension, or loss caused by the customer’s failure to renew or maintain the domain.

11. Content & Approval

Content, Images, Revisions, and Customer Delays

Customers are responsible for providing accurate business details, service descriptions, service areas, logos, brand colors, offers, custom images, required licenses or disclosures, contact information, and domain access. Custom images should be supplied before or during the build whenever the customer wants them used.

Customers Plus may use customer-supplied content, licensed stock imagery, AI-generated content or imagery, professionally written original content, and template-based structural elements. The customer remains responsible for reviewing business-specific accuracy, including prices, offers, legal claims, licensing statements, and service details.

12. Website Ownership

Ownership and Transfer of a Purchased Website

A customer who separately purchases the Website Build Service owns the resulting website pages and customer-specific content. The customer also owns its domain, leads, contacts, forms, submissions, data, supplied images, and business materials.

The website may be transferred with the customer’s compatible HighLevel sub-account, and Customers Plus does not charge a transfer fee. A transfer should be requested before cancellation or with the cancellation request. Proprietary Customers Plus automations, snapshots, workflows, MTRX integrations, and other internal systems are not included in the website purchase or transfer.

14. Reporting

Reporting and Performance Reviews

Customers can review live and historical information through Customers Plus dashboards, Google Ads, conversion tracking, connected reporting tools, and other available systems while account access remains active. Detailed reports are intended to add explanation and training, not to replace the customer’s access to underlying data.

Initial data collection

Launch through about day 60

Campaigns, tracking, pages, indexing, and customer behavior need time to create meaningful data.

First detailed review

After at least 60 days

Delivered as a recorded video, live review meeting, or another agreed format.

Three monthly reports

Generally months 2, 3, and 4

Exact timing depends on launch dates and whether enough useful data is available.

Future detailed reviews

By request

Generally no more often than once every six months unless Customers Plus agrees otherwise.

Reporting videos and meetings may also show customers where data is located, which metrics matter most, how to compare time periods, how clicks and leads differ from appointments and sales, and why longer-term trends are often more useful than isolated short periods.

15. Attribution

Tracking and Attribution Limitations

Customers Plus makes reasonable efforts to maintain useful tracking, but no tracking system captures every interaction perfectly. Reporting can be affected by cookie restrictions, privacy settings, call-tracking limitations, cross-device behavior, ad blockers, deleted browser data, customer changes, disconnected integrations, platform delays, duplicate leads, spam, offline sales, unreported outcomes, and third-party API changes.

Customers Plus does not guarantee that every call, message, form submission, appointment, sale, or customer interaction will be attributed to its exact source.

16. Anonymous Reporting Data

Use of Anonymized Performance Data

Customers Plus may use aggregated performance data, anonymous charts, redacted screenshots, performance benchmarks, trend data, reporting visuals, and campaign examples for articles, social posts, marketing materials, educational resources, case studies, training, internal analysis, and service improvement.

Your identity remains protected

Identifying details will be removed or obscured. Customers Plus will not intentionally disclose the customer’s identity, account name, confidential business information, or personally identifiable customer data without separate permission. Individual account screenshots may be used only after identifying details are redacted or anonymized.

17. Customer Cooperation

What Customers Must Provide

Strong service delivery depends on accurate information, timely access, prompt lead follow-up, current billing, and reasonable cooperation. Revenue and return on investment depend substantially on the customer’s ability to answer, follow up with, and close leads.

18. Ownership

Customer-Owned Data and Assets

Customers retain ownership of their business data and customer-specific assets. To keep access after leaving Customers Plus, the customer must complete an eligible sub-account transfer or export the data before access ends, as explained in the Cancellation Terms.

CRM and customer dataContacts, conversations, appointments, opportunities, estimates, invoices, notes, tasks, activity history, submissions, products, and reporting data.
Account structure and contentTags, pipelines, calendars, forms, custom fields, custom values, social posts, reviews, and reputation data.
Customer-created assetsAssets created by the customer, assets owned before joining Customers Plus, supplied images, business materials, and customer-owned domains.
Separately purchased assetsPurchased websites, purchased landing pages, and the customer-owned Google Ads account with campaigns, ad groups, keywords, ads, and historical data.

20. Licensed Systems

Customers Plus Proprietary Systems

Access to Customers Plus systems during an active subscription is a limited right to use those systems, not a transfer of ownership. Unless separately sold in writing, customers do not acquire ownership of proprietary automations, complete snapshots, workflows, templates, internal configurations, management systems, MTRX integrations, tracking frameworks, reporting systems, training materials, internal processes, or other Customers Plus intellectual property.

Transfers may function differently

If a sub-account is transferred, proprietary components may be removed before the transfer. The receiving account may require replacement automations, tracking, reporting, integrations, or other configuration.

21. Plan Changes

Changing Your Plan

Upgrades take effect on the next billing date. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Existing services remain active through the paid period, payments are nonrefundable, and no prorated refund is provided.

Before a downgrade becomes effective, the customer should export needed data, purchase any included landing pages it wants to keep, transfer phone numbers where appropriate, and prepare replacement systems. Service-specific assets may be removed when the new plan no longer includes the related service.

22. Ending Services

How Cancellation Affects Services

After a valid cancellation request, service delivery and account access generally continue through the applicable final paid period. No prorated refund is issued, and phone, SMS, AI, or other usage charges may continue through the final access date.

Customers should request a sub-account transfer before or with cancellation. Data is retained only for the limited period stated in the Cancellation Terms and may then be permanently deleted. Google Ads management assets, included landing pages, call tracking, tracking systems, automations, and proprietary components may be removed. Separately purchased websites and landing pages may be retained through an eligible transfer.

23. Performance Disclosure

Results Are Not Guaranteed

Goals, projections, benchmarks, and past results are informational

Customers Plus does not guarantee leads, calls, form submissions, appointments, sales, revenue, profit, return on ad spend, rankings, indexing, organic traffic, click volume, conversion rates, cost per click, cost per lead, ad position, market share, customer acquisition cost, or business growth.

Results depend on variables outside Customers Plus’s complete control, including location, competition, search volume, budget, pricing, offers, reputation, lead response time, sales ability, seasonality, website quality, reviews, market demand, customer cooperation, search-engine changes, advertising-platform changes, carrier limitations, and tracking restrictions.

24. External Platforms

Third-Party Platform Limitations

Customers Plus relies on Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, HighLevel, Twilio, domain providers, AI providers, payment processors, and other integrated services. Those providers control their own platforms, pricing, policies, account reviews, technical systems, and availability.

Customers Plus will make reasonable efforts to assist with issues that are within the scope of the active service, but is not responsible for outcomes controlled exclusively by a third party.

25. Operating Changes

Reasonable Changes to Service Delivery

Customers Plus may reasonably adjust campaign structure, content mix, tools, tracking methods, reporting format, integrations, templates, publishing methods, and internal processes when needed for performance, compliance, platform changes, security, technical compatibility, provider availability, efficiency, or product improvement.

These operating adjustments do not permit Customers Plus to replace the core service purchased by the customer with a materially different service unless the customer agrees or the change is reasonably necessary because the original method is no longer available or lawful.
